LDS holds rally at Roche Caïman
The Linyon Demokratik Seselwa party held a political rally yesterday afternoon at the Roche Caïman playing field, where Presidential candidate Wavel Ramkalawan, who is currently serving his first mandate, called on supporters to entrust the party with a second term and build on what he described as the foundations laid over the past five years.
“We want to elevate Seychelles to another level, so we can have a modern country, a developed country, so we can, in the coming five years, ensure that – for the first time – our reserves reach US $1 billion,” Mr Ramkalawan said.
