The June 2025 Cambridge A Level results at ISS reflect a remarkable 92% pass rate, continuing the school’s consistent track record of academic excellence with pass rates exceeding 90% for the past four consecutive years. This sustained success is a direct result of ISS’ strong and strategic leadership, its unwavering commitment to high academic standards, and a culture of continuous improvement. The school’s achievement is further underscored by its successful COBIS accreditation in 2024, which affirmed ISS’s position as a leading international institution dedicated to delivering quality education and fostering student achievement at the highest level.
Executive head, Elodie Vallantine, said: “We are incredibly proud of our students, whose hard work and determination have been rewarded with these superb results. Our focus will always remain firmly on their education and personal growth, ensuring that each student has the best possible opportunities to succeed. These achievements are a testament to their perseverance, the dedication of our teachers, and the supportive learning environment at ISS. We look forward to seeing our graduates excel in their next steps – whether that’s university, further study, or exciting new ventures.”
Annie Yang, proud recipient of A*, A*, B, A, A grades, said: “I met my conditional offer for my first-choice university (UCL - University College London) so I'm quite excited about starting the next chapter of my life.”
ISS is also eagerly awaiting the release of Pearson Edexcel and Oxford AQA A Level results later this week, as well as the Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel IGCSE results next week. This follows the school’s strategic decision to diversify examination boards, ensuring that students are matched with assessment pathways that best suit their learning styles and academic strengths. By offering a broader range of qualifications, ISS aims to maximise student outcomes and provide greater flexibility in subject choices and university applications. The school is hopeful that these upcoming results will further showcase the exceptional talent and dedication of its learners, and add to an already wonderful year of academic achievement.
These results reaffirm ISS’s position as a centre of academic excellence in Seychelles, continuing its 56-year tradition of preparing students for success in higher education and beyond – and serving as a reminder that at ISS, the success of its students is at the heart of everything it does.
