The local organising committee of the Fifa Beach Soccer World Cup Seychelles 2025™ is proud to announce a special 'Be Active' clinic in collaboration with Special Olympics Seychelles.
This inclusive event will take place on Wednesday May 7, 2025, a designated rest day during the tournament, at the Paradise Arena in Roche Caïman. The clinic, from 9am to 10.30am, aims to promote physical activity, inclusion, and the joy of sport among athletes with intellectual disabilities.
The 'Be Active' campaign, a joint initiative by Fifa and the World Health Organisation, encourages individuals of all ages and abilities to engage in regular physical activity. This clinic embodies the campaign's spirit by providing a platform for Special Olympics athletes to participate in beach soccer activities, fostering a sense of community and well-being.
