CBS co-hosts working group meetings of the Alliance for Financial Inclusion

The Central Bank of Seychelles co-hosted the 31st Financial Inclusion Data and Impact Working Group, 12th Inclusive Green Finance Working Group, and 24th SME Finance Working Group meetings of the Alliance for Financial Inclusion.

The meetings took place from April 22 to 25, 2025 at the Savoy Resort & Spa, and the Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino. The working group sessions gathered 131 participants from 59 countries and served as an invaluable platform for technical experts to engage in meaningful peer-to-peer learning, allowing participants to share their insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering a dynamic environment for knowledge exchange.

The sessions featured structured discussions and case studies enabling experts to delve deeper into specific challenges and explore innovative solutions to advance financial inclusion. By encouraging open dialogue and collaboration among diverse financial institutions, mainly central banks, these sessions aimed to enhance collective expertise and drive advancements in the respective countries that form part of the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) network.
