Conrade has become a household name not just in Seychelles, but also among chip lovers around the world. Whether it is the Cheese Moulouk, Chilli Moulouk, or the irresistible banana and breadfruit crisps – his creations have found their way into the hearts and homes far beyond his district of Anse Royale.
