PMC gets new chief executive |29 March 2025

The board of the Property Management Corporation (PMC) has announced the appointment of Steve Mussard as the new chief executive for the Corporation, effective from April 1, 2025.

Mr Mussard’s appointment has been in consultation with the minister responsible for Lands & Housing and the President of the Republic in accordance with Section 75 (1) of the Public Enterprises Act, 2023.

Mr Mussard is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management UK. He holds a Bachelor degree of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering (BEng) with the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne (UK).
