President urges women to take responsibility and ownership of their health

President Wavel Ramkalawan has urged all women – young and less young – to take responsibility and ownership of their health.

“Investing in your health is one thing, but a change in lifestyle, with physical activities and the right diet, is crucial and primordial in ensuring that you live long and active lives,” President Ramkalawan says in his message on the occasion of International Women’s Day today.
