President Ramkalawan addresses key issues in governmental agencies on Praslin |22 February 2025

President Wavel Ramkalawan yesterday visited several key agencies on Praslin as part of the visits he is conducting regularly in all governmental departments to see how best to resolve certain pertinent issues which have come to his attention.

The president was accompanied on his visit by Vice-President Ahmed Afif; Minister for Health, Peggy Vidot; Minister for Investment, Entrepreneurship and Industry, Devika Vidot; Minister for Agriculture, Climate Change and Environment, Flavien Joubert; key officials from those ministries; and liaison officer for Praslin Vincent Cedras.

Speaking about the aim of his visit, the head of state said there have been certain complaints about the services in governmental agencies on Praslin.
