As outlined in the 2025 Budget, the Cabinet of Ministers has approved a five-year tax holiday for emerging businesses in priority sectors, including manufacturing, the blue economy and the digital economy.

Speaking to the media during last week’s Cabinet briefing, Vice-President Ahmed Afif explained that government was focusing on innovation and ways to boost economic activities.
