Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism, Sylvestre Radegonde led the Seychelles delegation at the Commonwealth Ministerial Meeting for Small States which took place alongside the 27th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2024 in Apia, Samoa.
