National Assembly approves amendments to Ports Authority Act |31 May 2024

The National Assembly on Wednesday approved the Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA) (Amendment) Bill 2024 as amended.

The Bill sets out to amend the Seychelles Ports Authority Act (2004), to reflect the modernisation and digitalisation of the SPA, harmonious with the Port Rehabilitation and Extension Project.
