Clock Tower bathed in blue in support of autism |21 April 2023

The Mayor's Office has lit up the Clock Tower in blue in support of autism in Seychelles.

April 2 was declared by the United Nations General Assembly as World Autism Awareness Day to highlight the need to help improve the quality of life of those with autism so they can lead full and meaningful lives as an integral part of society.

Several activities are held annually in Seychelles to sensitise the population about the condition as well as a form of support to the families whose members are autistic.
