‘Educate and show others why we should protect our seas and beautiful marine life’ |03 April 2023

“Having been a seafarer for many years, I have seen lots of people who do not care and do not know about the beautiful marine life that we have here in Seychelles. Throwing anything in the sea and destroying corals is OK with them. The main reason I have joined the group, ‘Around Seychelles in 18 Bays’, is to do our best to educate and show others why we should protect our seas and beautiful marine life, and beaches that we have, as many of us depend and work at sea. I believe that the awareness should begin with us as sea women.”
