Number of active cases of Covid-19 decreases to 142 |03 August 2022
The number of active Covid-19 cases continues to decrease and as at July 31 stood at 142 cases compared to 151 cases at July 24.
The 7-day moving average is down to 15 cases.
The highest number of reported current active cases is still in Beau Vallon (16 cases) followed by Anse Royale with 15 active cases.
Presently there are no patients admitted at the Covid-19 treatment facilities.
Several countries are experiencing increase in the number of cases and hospital admissions. It is therefore important to practice preventive measures as much as possible to avoid a resurgence in Seychelles.

The Ministry of Health continues to call on everyone who is due for the Covid-19 vaccination
primary or booster dose to visit a vaccination centre.
