Electoral commission discusses possibility of permanent headquarters with VP Afif |11 June 2022
Led by chief electoral officer Manuella Amesbury, the Electoral Commission of Seychelles had a meeting with Vice-President Ahmed Afif on Thursday to discuss the possibility of it getting a permanent headquarters from the government.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of key stakeholders involved in the project, namely the Seychelles police force and the Ministry of Lands and Housing.
The delegation had a tour around the headquarters and was able to learn of some challenges that the current location brings.
