No approval has been given for a public assembly |02 October 2021

The Public Health Authority has confirmed that it has not received any formal application for a street protest or any mass gathering from any individual or organisation.

Therefore no approval has been given for a public assembly.

Under the Infectious Diseases (Prohibition of Public Assemblies), Order (No 3),

2021 no assembly of more than 4 persons shall be held without the approval of the Public Health Commissioner.
