The annual inter-school tennis competition was held on Saturday, and last year’s winners, International school, managed to retain their title as winners.

The competition was scheduled to take place at the Roche Caiman tennis courts, but as the weather was not pleasant, it had to be moved to inside the NSC hall. It did not deter the competitors though as they still managed to have a good time while testing their abilities against their fellow players.

Eight teams were present, with international school bringing two teams, Independent school, Plaisance school, Mont Fleuri school, French school, La Rosière school and a mixed team.

In the final it was all International school as both their teams had made it to the final. International school (team one), which featured top young tennis player Damien Laporte, were victorious by winning two of their three matches to retain the trophy they won last year.

Independent school finished in third place, while Plaisance school had to settle for fourth position.
