New Public Service Order expected by late 2025
A new and modern Public Service Order (PSO) is expected to come into force by the fourth quarter of 2025, Vice- President Ahmed Afif told the National Assembly yesterday.
The updated PSO will replace the current version, which has been in use since 2011. It outlines the terms and conditions of service for public sector employees.
“You will agree that since 2011, a lot of developments, changes and evolution has happened in the management of human resources.”
