Seychelles’ annual Regatta returns from October 2 to 4, bringing together sport, music, entertainment, traditional activities and community participation under this year’s theme, ‘We Are One’.

Main organiser Alex Henderson said the theme reflects the spirit of this year’s event, which aims to unite the community while supporting a worthy cause.

While the three-day celebration will feature a packed programme of competitions and entertainment, Mr Henderson stressed that charity remains at the heart of the Regatta.

This year, the event will support the deaf and hard-of-hearing community, with proceeds earmarked for the local Deaf Centre.
