President Ramkalawan conveys message of condolence to the Russian Federation |13 May 2021

On behalf of the government and people of the Republic of Seychelles, President Wavel Ramkalawan has conveyed a message of condolence to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, upon learning of the mass shooting at school N0. 175 in the city of Kazan causing the loss of innocent lives and injuries.

“I wish to extend our deepest condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones in this mindless act of violence, as well as to your Excellency, the government and people of the Russian Federation. We hope and pray that those injured will make a speedy and full recovery,” stated President Ramkalawan.
