President Ramkalawan on overseas mission to the UAE |18 February 2021

The President of the Republic, Wavel Ramkalawan, will proceed on overseas mission to the UAE this weekend, a communiqué from the Office of the President announced yesterday.

He will be accompanied by the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism, Sylvestre Radegonde.
The President will leave the country tomorrow, Friday February 19 and return on Monday February 22, 2021.

During President Ramkalawan’s absence from the country, his duties and responsibilities will be discharged by Vice-President Ahmed Afif.
