The Commonwealth cybercrime symposium 2025
Every October, the world comes together to observe Cybersecurity Awareness Month, a global initiative aimed at strengthening digital resilience and promoting safer online practices. The official theme for this year’s campaign, celebrated worldwide, is ‘Don’t Make It Easy for Them’. This powerful call to action resonates across all nations, including small island states like Seychelles, where cyber threats are just as real. The month serves as a reminder for everyone to cultivate a culture of vigilance, making it harder for cybercriminals to succeed.

With decades of international experience, Mr Savy has spearheaded initiatives such as the Commonwealth Cybercrime Symposium 2025, World Press Freedom Day 2025 on AI and the Media and represented Seychelles at the WeProtect Global Summit 2024.
