• Why risk interconnectivity matters in Enterprise Risk Management

 

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) has come a long way. Most organisations today maintain some form of risk register, assign risk owners, assess likelihood and impact, identify controls and report their principal risks to senior management and the Board.

These practices remain important. The risk register, in particular, continues to provide structure, ownership and accountability.
