Senior public service leaders urged to turn training into action

Senior public service leaders have been urged to strengthen their leadership capabilities, uphold integrity, and translate lessons from training into practical improvements within their organisations.

The three‑day Senior Leadership and Management Training Programme for principal secretaries and chief executives officially opened yesterday at Olympic House, Roche Caiman. Running from August 24 to 26, the programme brings together senior leaders from across the Central Public Service and is facilitated with support from the Commonwealth Secretariat.
