Hands-on training prepares youth for the world of work
Vice-President Sebastien Pillay officially launched the Internship for Growth, Networking, Innovation and Talent Experience (IGNITE) and Step Up for Life programmes yesterday morning at the Seychelles Trading Company (STC) conference room.
These two holiday internship initiatives, piloted this year in collaboration with the Ministry of Employment and the Ministry of Education, aim to provide students with structured workplace exposure and practical skills development.
