Four Seasons Resort Seychelles invests in local talent through international cross exposure programme

Six Seychellois employees from Four Seasons Resort Seychelles will embark on a three-month cross exposure experience at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru this August, reinforcing the resort's ongoing commitment to investing in local talent and creating meaningful international career development opportunities.

The programme forms part of a reciprocal exchange between the two Four Seasons resorts, with six Seychellois employees travelling to the Maldives while four colleagues from Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru will join the Seychelles resort for the same period. The initiative allows employees to share knowledge, strengthen cross-cultural collaboration, and bring fresh ideas and best practices back to their home properties.
