If a football could talk, it would tell stories of last‑minute winners, painful defeats, muddy pitches, and unforgettable victories. But today, the spotlight shifts from the ball to the man who has spent years making it dance across the pitch: Sennky Vidot.
Respected for his commitment, resilience, and consistency, Sennky is more than a footballer. Off the pitch, he heads the garden department at Coco de Mer Hotel and Black Parrot Suites on Praslin, where his dedication has also earned recognition.
Interestingly, gardening was never his first love.
“I was never really passionate about gardening. I took the job because I wanted to continue playing football. You need a job during the day, and this one made it easier for me to pursue the sport I loved. But gradually, I became interested in it and I love this field,” he said.
