Anse Royale secondary students explore Hugelkultur |04 July 2026

Students at Anse Royale secondary recently took part in a hands-on training session introducing them to hugelkultur, a sustainable gardening technique that promotes healthy soil, conserves water, and supports environmentally friendly farming practices.
The training, organised by the Nature Growth Foundation (NGF) with support from the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF), is part of a collaborative project designed to empower young people to engage in watershed management while contributing to the development of the communal Mindful Family Garden.
