Jouanna Alphonse named Employee of the Year
Dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence were celebrated as Airtel Seychelles hosted its annual Employee Recognition Awards, honouring individuals whose hard work and passion have made a significant impact on the company over the past year.
The highlight of the ceremony was the Employee of the Year Award, presented by the company’s managing director Eddy Kapuku to Jouanna Alphonse from the Human Resources Department. Having served the company for four years, Ms Alphonse admitted she was overwhelmed by the recognition:
“I am quite emotional because I did not expect to be rewarded this way today.”
Reflecting on her journey, she encouraged colleagues to remain committed to their work:
“You may think you are not doing much, but your efforts are being observed and they will be recognised. Dedication and perseverance are essential for anyone hoping to achieve success.”
