Forty! More than just a number, it is an age that sparks endless conversations, playful jokes, and that familiar saying we have all heard countless times: “Life begins at 40.” But does it really? Does crossing into a new decade transform us, or is it simply another birthday with a different digit?

Of course, turning 40 is also the perfect excuse to celebrate – to pop the champagne, slip into that dazzling sequin dress, or, for the gentlemen, fire up the barbecue and gather the crew for a night to remember. Yet beyond the festivities lies a deeper question: What does turning 40 truly feel like?
