• Collaborative initiative aims to transform agriculture and protect biodiversity

Seychelles has taken another step toward strengthening climate resilience and sustainable development through a collaborative workshop titled ‘Unlocking Investment for Climate-Smart Agriculture and Nature-Based Solutions in Seychelles’.

The one-day workshop was held yesterday at the Savoy Seychelles Resort and Spa in Beau Vallon.

Organised under the NDC Partnership, together with the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) and the Government of Seychelles, the event brought together key stakeholders to explore innovative financing opportunities and practical solutions aimed at supporting sustainable agriculture, protecting ecosystems, and advancing the country’s climate commitments. The initiative is supported by the NDC Partnership Action Fund.
