Constance Lemuria honours BRIGHT graduates, driving innovation in hospitality

Sixteen team members from Constance Lemuria Praslin Seychelles proudly graduated last week during a ceremony that marked another milestone in Constance Hotels & Resorts’ commitment to developing local talent within the hospitality industry.

The BRIGHT programme is a career development initiative created by Constance Hotels & Resorts to identify and nurture internal talent by strengthening existing competencies, building new skills, and preparing employees to take on greater responsibilities.
