Seychelles, New Mexico Guard seal security pact

As part of the U.S. State Partnership Program (SPP) – a joint security cooperation initiative run by the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and the National Guard – the Seychelles Defence Forces has officially partnered with the New Mexico National Guard.

The U.S. State Partnership Program (SPP) pairs a U.S. state National Guard with the military or equivalent security and disaster response forces of a partner nation.
