Seychelles Foreign Minister strengthens ties in Geneva

On May 7, 2026, Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora, Ambassador Barry Faure, held bilateral discussions with Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis at CERN, Switzerland.

Minister Faure highlighted the longstanding ties between Seychelles and Switzerland, noting that while cooperation remains modest, it has been highly effective in areas such as health, tourism, environment, and drug rehabilitation.
