China strengthens Seychelles healthcare with R450,000 donation

The Ministry of Health has received a donation of medical equipment from the embassy of the People’s Republic of China during a ceremony held yesterday afternoon at the Red Roof Building.

The contribution, valued at over R450,000, was officially presented by Chinese ambassador to Seychelles, Lin Nan, to Minister for Health Marvin Fanny. Facilitated by the Chinese Medical Team, the donation includes a wide range of equipment and supplies aimed at strengthening healthcare delivery in Seychelles. Among the items are medical beds, ECG machines, digital EEG systems, UV lamps, urine analysers, and acupuncture equipment.
