President Herminie hands instruments of appointment to Ambassador-at-large Alain St Ange
President Patrick Herminie yesterday presented the Instruments of Appointment to Alain St Ange following his approval by the National Assembly as Ambassador-at-large.
The brief ceremony took place at State House yesterday morning. Mr St Ange was accompanied by the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora, Barry Faure.
