Creativity and community spirit shine at SIAD’s World Art Day
The Seychelles Institute of Art and Design joined the global celebration of World Art Day yesterday, turning its campus into a vibrant hub of creativity, reflection, and community engagement.
Director Christine Chetty-Payet explained that the annual event, recognised by Unesco, has become a key fixture on the school’s calendar. “World Art Day is an event led by Unesco to celebrate creativity, and this marks the third consecutive year the institution has taken part,” she said.
