Aste lokal’ campaign encourages public to consume local produce

Aste lokal’ is a new campaign aimed at celebrating and strengthening local production. The campaign, which reinforces a broader vision of economic resilience through community support, was launched on Saturday during a fair held at Gordon Square.

Organised by the Ministry of Industry and Enterprise, through the Enterprise Seychelles Agency (Esa) in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, the fair provided a vibrant platform for artisans, farmers, and entrepreneurs to showcase their work, while encouraging attendees to support local products and services. The initiative also highlighted the diversity of locally made goods, from agricultural produce to artisanal creations.
