Air Tanzania to start direct flights to Seychelles following SCAA approval

Air Tanzania is set to commence scheduled direct flights between Julius Nyerere International Airport and Seychelles International Airport, operating three times weekly.

The service is expected to begin on April 1, 2026, further strengthening air links between Tanzania and Seychelles.

The Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) officially granted regulatory approval to Air Tanzania, marking another milestone in Seychelles’ air connectivity.
