UniSey hosts community dialogue on plastic pollution and coastal flooding

Plastic pollution and coastal flooding were the focus of a one-day consultative stakeholders’ meeting organised yesterday by the University of Seychelles’ Blue Economy Research Institute (BERI).

The event, titled ‘Have Your Say: Plastic Pollution and Coastal Flooding Community Dialogue’, took place at Theatre 1 of the Anse Royale Campus and brought together around 70 participants from six vulnerable districts: Anse Royale, Anse Boileau, Au Cap, Pointe Larue, Perseverance, and Bel Ombre.
