Seychelles joins global observance of World Cancer Day

World Cancer Day, observed annually on February 4, serves as a powerful global reminder of the ongoing fight against cancer and the collective responsibility to reduce its impact on individuals, families and communities.

Led by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), the day brings together governments, health institutions, civil society, survivors and advocates under a shared goal – to raise awareness, promote prevention, encourage early detection and improve access to quality care for all.
