SRC calls on taxpayers to apply early for tax clearance certificates

 

The Seychelles Revenue Commission is advising all taxpayers intending to apply for a tax clearance certificate to submit their applications as early as possible to the Commission’s Enforcement Unit, ahead of the commencement of the 2026 tender process.

A tax clearance certificate issued by the Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC) is an official document confirming that a taxpayer has met all tax obligations in a timely manner and is compliant with the laws and regulations in force. The certificate, which is mandatory for participation in government tenders, remains valid until December 31 of the applicable year. It may, however, be revoked at any time if the taxpayer defaults or fails to adhere to its terms and conditions after issuance.
