As part of their ongoing commitment to growth, innovation, and culinary excellence, Four Seasons is proud to highlight the recent cross-exposure journeys of two talented members of Four Seasons Resort Seychelles culinary team.

Chef Dino Clarisse travelled to China, where he spent time at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake to experience new flavours, techniques, and kitchen cultures. Meanwhile, Chef Naomie Joseph embarked on her own development journey in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), immersing herself in the dynamic culinary landscape of Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.
