Supreme Court rejects Mukesh Valabhji’s bail application
Chief Justice Rony Govinden yesterday denied bail application for remandee Mukesh Valabhji, lodged 14 days ago by his counsels Samantha Aglae and France Bonté.
The reason given by Chief Justice Govinden was on the grounds of the seriousness of the offence and also the risk of absconding.
