Sometimes you order a drink and you just feel something different in every sip, something you have not felt when drinking that same cocktail somewhere else. It is like magic has been created in every stir and in every sip, memories are made. Well, that added flavour is no other than Monin.

With Monin you can feel the difference. In every pour, there is a different rhythm. Seychelles NATION met the Monin Beverage expert Africa Ludovic Ceffué at Constance Lemuria Praslin Seychelles last Friday where he was conducting a masterclass for mixologists, bartenders and baristas.
