Minister Radegonde congratulates Eros Barallon on heroic move

The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism, Sylvestre Radegonde, has commended Eros Barallon for his act of exceptional heroism, after the 19-year-old came to the rescue of four individuals at sea. 

Minister Radegonde met with Eros yesterday at the ministry’s headquarters, Botanical House, where he emphasised the importance of safety training and preparedness in the tourism sector.

“In the tourism industry, we take pride in acknowledging the courageous and selfless actions carried out by our local people; those who go above and beyond to assist our visitors and fellow individuals during moments of crisis or distress.”
