Case of Sea Harvest Company Limited and ex-employees

The Employment department has confirmed that on March 20, 2025, an application was registered from Sea Harvest Company Limited requesting to terminate its 17 employees on ground of redundancy.

In a press release issued yesterday the department said the application was processed as per established procedures and a consultation meeting between the employer and the employees took place on March 28, 2025.

A determination on the outcome of the application was issued on April 30, whereby it was approved for the company to terminate the employment of its workers on ground of redundancy.
