Office of the President deplores fraudulent online publication 

The Office of the President of Seychelles has unequivocally denied any association with the website and link circulated as ‘melbetprobet.com/…fortuixagent-scgoverment’ entitled ‘By the order of Wavel Ramkalawan, residents of Seychelles will start receiving income from taxes.’

In a press release issued on Tuesday, the Office of the President said this link and its contents “are entirely fraudulent, misleading, and bear no legitimacy or endorsement from the government of Seychelles”.

It emphasised firstly that the publication is unauthorised. “Neither the Office of the President nor any Seychelles government ministry has commissioned, approved, or disseminated any article or statement via the linked webpage.”
