Staff get more details about structural reform within the aviation industry
Employees of Seychelles’ civil aviation industry were yesterday given more details about the recent structural reform, which transformed the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority into two distinct and independent entities namely the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority as a regulatory body and the Seychelles Airports Authority as the service provider. Both roles were previously occupied by Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA).
During the meeting at the International Conference Centre Seychelles in the morning, the 500 staff were able to query about various issues such as new work conditions, salaries, allowances and scheme of service, as well as the development taking place at the airport among others.
