Presents annual report to finance minister
The Seychelles Revenue Commission’s annual report for 2024 shows that the commission collected R8.8 billion in revenue; better than in 2023 when the total revenue collected was R7.79 billion. There were 1802 tax payers registered in that year.
A copy of the report was presented to Minister for Finance, National Planning and Trade, Vice-President Ahmed Afif, during a ceremony yesterday morning at the ministry’s headquarters, Liberty House.
It was the commissioner general of the Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC), Varsha Singh, who presented the report to the finance minister in the presence of the chairman of the SRC governing board, Chrystold Chetty and other SRC senior staff.
